With over 700k views across all their short films on YouTube the workers over at Faith Walk Films are doing a incredible job so far. As they've said they are a film platform " where we look at different walks of life leading to Christ.
From beginning their journey at the start of 2025 with a sharp vision Founder Jennifer Fashina is a young lady on a mission to bless the masses with authentic and powerful stories which may lead viewers to reflect of their lifestyles and to draw nearer to Christ . Jennifer in her own words has said about her online Youtube platform
" This channel will produce films that are authentic and relatable to the things that we go through as Christians on our journey. I pray the films provide you with self-reflection aswell as entertainment. "
Having popular short films like Letting Go and Letting God gaining 350k views online, Don't go back (300k views) and other productions like Help, My Crown , Crushed and more from the 'Conversations with Jesus' series which has been doing really well.
We're confident that Faith Walk Films will be one of the most talked about Christian movie platforms in the UK. Sharing more on her creative journey about how she started her company, her hopes for viewers watching, sharing her wisdom for the younger generation land much more Jennifer shares the behind the scenes evolution.
Welcome Jennifer. Thank you for sharing your creative journey with us. We love your films as it was a real treat to watch these productions. Could you tell us about how Faith Walk Films first came about ?
JENNIFER: Thank you so much! Faith walk films started this year February and it started as a question to God because I had recently come back to church and it was during fasting. I asked him “Lord what do you want me to do for the kingdom?” Kingdom meaning what can I do for the advancement of your sovereignty how can I get more people to know you to be the true living God and he responded with Faith walk films and truth is at first I really took it on board like ooo this will be something fun to do but never did I imagine the power it would hold in the spiritual realm. The first film was written with the Holy Spirit the day after he gave me the idea and immediately after that as in the next day I had casted actors and prepared for filming. No money , no crew just a big God.
2) We appreciate you. This production company is real step up and movement forward in the entertainment industry. The projects you’ve released really resonate with many people. How would you describe your growth as a Christian through making this films ?
JENNIFER: Wow my growth , it has truly been a journey and I think with every film there has been warfare , there has been lessons and just like the name it has truly been a walk of faith every single day. The Lord is really working on me and I think that my growth depends on my obedience and my obedience comes from listening and being sensitive to the will of God.
Lately my faith has been very low the enemy came for the one thing I just can’t ever seem to make sense of and that is my emotions. So truth is I’ve wanted to quit faith walk films but when you realise that instead of letting God walk with you through all the hard times why not just walk with him instead because he knows the plans he has for you which are plans not to
harm you but plans to prosper you so I know where I follow him I will be okay.
3) You’ve released some incredible films including Crushed, Matters of the heart, Letting Go and Letting God, Deceived and many more. What do you hope the fans learn from through your films ?
JENNIFER : Honestly the films are so uniquely special as in , you can take so many different things from them that’s the power of the Holy Spirit. I do hope they feel like they are not alone in the things they are going through. I hope they realise that God may not get you through the things that you are going through immediately but he does meet you in them. I also hope they realise that no situation can put you out of the love of God. My films do not sugar-coat anything but they highlight the wrestle with the flesh but there’s always redemption so close by.
4) It must be an overly exciting journey for you, what does it feel like when you’re making these films. Do your favourite any favourite faith based films growing up ?
JENNIFER: I only gave my life to Christ in 2023 so I did not actually grow up on any faith based films. So I think it inspires me even more that I’m able to provide people with entertainment that is also there as a way to provide messages and help those self reflect who need it.
5) You’ve gain tons of experience making various types of films which share a real positive, uplifting and down-to-earth message.. What advice can you get the younger generation about living their dreams and living with purpose ?
JENNIFER : The advice I give is a Bible verse proverbs 16:3 Commit your plans to the Lord and your actions will succeed. Get the Lord to partner with you on some of your biggest dreams and watch it become a reality. Obedience follows right after, whatever the Lord tells you to do, do it. Follow his lead he knows best and he knows you best. After all he formed you in your mothers womb.
6) Lastly, what can we expect from you moving forward, any more productions coming up, maybe a web series or a stage play in the new year?
